Was born with congenital and chromosomal defects. He came to us from a rescue foster in Texas. His back legs are malformed and he is a dwarf. His spine is very curved also. He walks on his front legs. His lifespan was expected to be very short due to his birth defects but he has been with us for 3 years and is very happy and healthy with proper care.
